Wednesday Sport turns a year old. Hard to believe it.
Recent changes: He sleeps with us. Comes up into bed sometime around 3AM and snuggles. His mane is coming in, wispy and dark. He obsesses on catching balls. He’s grown a little taller and has trimmed down.
Continuing charms: He loves the cats. He lets Joey knead his tail and sleep with him. He is sweet & affectionate. He loves pine cones and will gather upwards of five small ones in his mouth and walk the neighborhood with them.
Facebook has a Dogface application. You can find him here. (I have only started obsessing on that part of Facebook. If FB were a ball I would carry it around in my mouth.) Friends with dogs (Christine, Carolee, for example) please add the application. Be obsessive. Go ahead.

p.s. i watched a dog show on tv yesterday (well, it was on in the background) and i saw the terveran. i was rooting for him but he didn’t get picked. :(

i want to be friends with sport, though. :) guess i’ll have to add my puppies and live vicariously through them.
I think it was the Eukanuba dog show in Long Beach, from December. (Mark was watching & I was listening while making dinner stuff.)
If so, the Terv got best of breed, but not best of group. And the breeder/handler is our breeder. Sky Plane is not related to Sport, or at least not closely, but she does have gorgeous dogs.
Make FB pages for your dogs. Do it. :-)
Yeah! Puppy! We rescued our little guy (Miniature Pinscher) almost a year ago, but we don’t know how old he is. Likely 2-3…
And Dogface scares me. Of course, dogs are known for what they’ll do to closed silos… ;)
