Ouroboros Review Issue 2 has just been published. You can read the magazine online and purchase a copy at the online bookstore.
I’m excited! Not only because good online poetry friends have found a place in it, not only because I have work in it, not just because good online poetry friends created it, not just because I can get a copy of it to send to my mother, but because one of my IRL poetry friends, Liz Flint-Somerville, is in it.
Liz and I, until recently, were in a poetry group that met quite often. In Portland. I had no idea she submitted. And we are on facing pages! How about that! Real life and online life working all together!! (How cool is that?!)
Here’s a list of people you might know who are in this issue, from online poetry doings:
Michelle McGrane (featured poet), Collin Kelly, Robin Reagler, Jill Crammond Wickham, January Gill O’Neil, Dick Jones, Dustin Brookshire, Carolee Sherwood and Holly Dunlap.
Thank you, Jo Hemmant and Christine Swint, for a beautiful publication.

Deb, thanks for your beautiful words. We took a few lines from Liz’s poem to highlight on the back cover. There are so many excellent poems in this issue, and beautiful artwork, that it’s hard to select just a few to score. Your poems are lovely, and I’m so happy you’re in this issue.
I know. I saw it! Liz is an amazing poet. And person. You would love her. I know you would.
Congratulations on your poems, Deb! x
You’re very welcome. Your poems are fab :)
Congratulations. Another lovely issue. You have many reasons to be excited. Woohoo!
Terrific poems. I was startled to see a Portlander, no one I knew, next to you! That was a damn good poem too.
Congrats on your poems! Nice job.
