Yesterday’s haiku to mark what might be my last snow experience of the season (My knees won’t let me ski anymore). Early morning walk, started chilly. As the elevation increased, the sleep in our eyes turned from petals to flakes. Three of us surprised and delighted. It didn’t last, ephemeral spring snow.
