Something about this caught me one morning. Early light through a curtain.
Hey Harriet. A weekly post where you can see galleries of some of last week’s shots and a tour of Hey Harriet’s own creative work. Terrific images nicely put together. (Bink on the camera to go to Hey Harriet.) See Mr. Linky for this week’s offerings.

What a great shadow shot, Deb! Isn’t it amazing how many you can find — even when the weather is gloomy! Does teach you to look a little further! Thanks for visiting and your comment, always appreciated!
Enjoy your weekend!

There’s something very calm and peaceful about your shot. No wonder it caught your eye.
Very nice, Deb. Early morning is the best time of day.
Shadows in the early morning light are always catching my eye, as I run to find the camera…what did we ever do about those shadows before Harriet???
The shadow is a nice bridge between the early morning dark and the brilliant sun. Our eyes go gently from night to day here. Nice!
I love the tranquility of early morning. This is a nice shadow you’ve captured at that time of day.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
it’s all about those beautiful verticals and lilac hues…
very delicate.. and the lovely colour lends such calm to the picture. beautiful.
lovely colours in this!
Nice contrast of the textures there, the nubby wall and the smooth curtains with the sun playing in them.
lovely colors and texture!!
I love stuff like this-I can’t help it. This is what I mean when I say, “celebrate the mundane”-we too often pass by so many things rich in detail and beauty, yet, are simple at the same time.
I can see why this image caught your eye. It’s a very nice find! Sweet and subtle. Love the texture of the wall!

That’s a line I said when I saw your photo. Care to write the next, or the next few (based on this wonderful image), and then send them to me to try and write the next line or the next few lines?
If you can’t, no sweat.
And how are you?
