Hey Harriet. A weekly post where you can see galleries of some of last week’s shots and a tour of Hey Harriet’s own creative work. Terrific images nicely put together. (Bink on the camera to go to Hey Harriet.) See Mr. Linky for this week’s offerings.

Great shadow shot, Deb! On the Willamette, huh! You must live near Portland! I lived there for 16 years and loved it! Glad to see you got some sunshine! Have a great weekend!

I wish this shot was recent, but it was a week or so ago! Yep, I’m in SW Portland and walk the Esplanade frequently. Love it.
This is a neat and unusual shot.
Thanks, Martha.
Very nice shot, Deb. I like the circular lines.
Great shot – it looks like a ship’s funnel.
Brilliant shadow shot!
Wow–you caught a lot of shadows everywhere in this shot! Glad you joined in the fun!
A convergence of shadows. Nice shot, Deb.
I love the colours! The rusty brown with the greeny water peeking through! It looks like late afternooon or early morning?
It was actually a noon walk, but low winter sun angle makes it look as if morning or afternoon.
Great shot and an interesting motive!
What an excellent capture of shadow ! Love your entry.
Nice shadows, wonder what it is though? A piece of art or something else.
I liked the sculptural aspect of it and that is why I took the photo, but it is a piling on a dock-like walk-way that floats with the river.
Nice and interesting shadowshot!:-)
Have a nice sunday!
Fascinating light and shadows, nice contrast of warm and cool colors too.
Lovely crisp shadows!!
Interesting, like especially the lower left part, with the stripes and the golden sun
Cool shadow shot!

Beautiful colors, textures and patterns of shadow. You’ve turned it into a work of art.
