   Speechless! Just kidding. What an amazing photo! What plants are these? They look like they belong on the planet from the movie Avatar!

      Amazing to think these are simple (!) oriental poppies, post bloom, but not quite to full seed head. A wet June has a few benefits. So glad you enjoyed the photo.

      I should re-post this picture with the other photos I took of the poppies in stages. An aging triptych.
