Day two in a River of Stones. I counted 813 birds today. (Portland Christmas Bird Count. And for all that the counts were down.) Plus two birds I couldn’t positively identify. (With three other people.) And there was a marvelous National Geographic special tonight on bald eagles. (I didn’t see any today in real life. But I have other times.)

  1. Oh wow. This is wonderful.. the words, the image. Everything. For a moment, I considered doing my stones as image/word pieces, but chickened out for fear of lack of time. Good for you. These are awesome.
