Stoney Moss

dabble and whatnot, mostly poetry

ahem

Wow. May flew by like starlings startled by shot guns.

Poetry is slow to come, prose is too. I finally replaced my wearing out camera (the buttons were creeping to quiet one at a time) and have taken a few shots of the garden (and the newest family member, Lily, the young cat) as experiments and refreshers.

I’ve missed taking pictures, have missed the visual focus, the observation, the obsession. Hopefully the new camera will get as worn out as the old one.

Someday I will have a grownup camera, a digital SLR with major macro and zoom capacity. In the meantime I will just keep looking at stuff. Everything I can.
